CW Wong
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operation Officer
Chong Wai (CW) Wong has over 30years of experiences in IC manufacturing, PC motherboard development, CPU design & pre-silicon validation. Key technical expertise is on silicon DFT spanning front-end (RTL coding, validation) through back-end physical design and timing analysis, especially on SCAN, ATPG, and MBIST design. Extensive cross-site project working experiences with USA and India engineering teams to deliver SoC designs. He was a director in Intel CPU Design group before starting up the company. CW Wong graduated with BSEE from Universiti Malaya (UM) in 1989; and earned his MBA from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2003.
VY Liew
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Vui Yong (VY) Liew, 31 years in semiconductor industry, is a retired Principal Engineer (PE) from Intel. He was the PCH (Platform Controller Hub) chipset lead DFD (Design for Debug) architect in the ISCP (IP, SOC, client platform), Silicon Engineering Group (SEG), Client Computing Group (CCG). He joined Intel in 1993 with a BS in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from University Science Malaysia (USM). Starting as a 251 microcontroller Design Engineer, he worked on various microcontroller products, including the world’s first USB microcontroller. In 1997, he transitioned to chipset development, contributing to chipset products I/O Controller Hub series and later Platform Controller Hub in DFX design and architecture. VY developed numerous effective DFX solutions for High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) and Debug, including Closed Chassis Debug features and low power debug solutions. VY holds 11 US patents.
