Design For Test (DFT) Engineer
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Design-for-Test (DFT) Engineer located in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The DFT Engineer will work closely with the SoC design team & staff engineers to develop and implement effective DFT design & pre-silicon validation solutions for semiconductor devices or SOC. Responsibilities include validating DFT architectures, generating validation test patterns, conducting simulations, and analyzing test coverage. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and resolving DFT-related issues, optimizing test efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and development cycle time.
– At least 3 years experience in design or validation with DFT features (SCAN, MBIST, Boundary SCAN, JTAG).
– Ability to create, implement, and manage Test Cases for quality assurance
– Expertise in SCAN/Array/Functional Testing methodologies
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies for DFT is desirable
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
– Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities
– Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and testing processes will be an advantage

Design Verification Engineer
Role Description :
Join our dynamic team and collaborate closely with our design engineers to craft innovative test plans for diverse DFT areas, including JTAG, TAP, P1500, P1687, DFT clocking, Scan, MBIST, BScan, or PHY DFT.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop cutting-edge tests within a UVM environment and facilitate discussions on bugs or sightings with design engineers and team leads, ensuring thorough resolution of any issues. Depending on your experience and interests, you may focus on one or multiple exciting DFT areas. Come and make a significant impact in a supportive and forward-thinking environment!
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in IC design and ASIC flows, with a strong foundation in design verification concepts and environments.
– Proficiency in EDA tools and knowledgeable in DFT subject matter.
– Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
